Who Can Help?

Starting college is a huge accomplishment. From being admitted to enrolling in classes there are a lot of tasks to mark off your checklist, and you won’t have to do it alone. Southern Miss is here to help! A number of college assistance programs and offices are in place to make your experience as smooth as possible. We want to make sure you know who to contact if you need anything, so here is a list of people who want to help you:

  •     The Center for Student Success is here to support you all the way to graduation
  •     Your Academic Advisor will help you map out your degree plan
  •     Financial Aid Counselors will help with scholarships and other financial questions
  •     Professors will help prepare you for your career
  •     Career Counselors will prepare you for your life after college
